At Teetrendshirt, we care about your satisfaction and want every shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- If the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for priority support.
How to Return an Item
Returns can be made by mail. A free return label is included in your package for your convenience.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our support team at support@teetrendshirt.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple process.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us before sending your return so we can reserve the new item for you.
Fees and Restocking
- Return shipping: Free (return label included).
- Restocking fees: None.
- Original shipping cost ($6.99) is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
